Over two years into this journey, Rachael has made huge strides towards recovery. Constant rehabilitation with her Physical Therapist still consumes the majority of her days, with her free time spent focusing on resuming her photography career. Rehab is the most important thing to Rachael and it requires an immense amount of resources. Supporting her in this endeavor is our goal and is what motivates all of us to put one foot in front of the other for her.
This year we have 15 runners, 3 relay teams running in the Big Sur Marathon! This is the 3rd annual Relay for Rachael and we are stronger than ever. The goal is to be the fastest team and raise the most money to help with the steep physical therapy costs. 6 days a week, 4 hours a day my therapist comes and gets me moving and this is possible because of people like you who donate to my recovery. The 3 teams are training hard and hit highway 1 on Sunday, April 28th to run their hardest for Rachael's recovery. Who will win this year? Team Pfeiffer Ridge? Team Townies? Team Apple Pie? May the best team win...
